i can not get past connecting. i got everything correct no clue what the issue is anyone else having this problem?

I'm having this problem as well. I've tried logging in 3 days in a row now, but everytime I do, it just says "Connecting" for a while then gives me the "Can't connect" error.

If i can get in contact with the hoster the problem will be solved.
